Our pigs arrive to us at 8-10 weeks of age from a farm in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. While roaming free in a paddock adjacent to our cattle, they are fed a pig/sow feed that is completely free of any hormones or antibiotics. They spend their days rooting in the dirt and piling together basking in the warmth of the sun, and lounging in their “piggy pool”. Approximately 4 months later, when our pigs are “finished”they are sent to the same processing facility as our cattle and returned to us flash frozen and ready for our customers.
Our pork is sold in a variety of cuts including but not limited to: pork chops, boneless pork chops, boneless pork roasts, spare ribs, country style ribs, ground pork, breakfast sausage, sweet Italian sausage, hot Italian sausage, and the best BACON ever. Special orders available upon request. All pork is USDA inspected, flash frozen and cryovaced.
